The Music Rehab Project CIC is a creative development and wellbeing hub supporting young people to build confidence, develop life skills and unlock opportunities through music, creativity and community.

While music remains at the heart of what we do, our mission reaches far beyond the studio. We recognise that every young person has their own journey, challenges and aspirations. That's why we provide holistic support that helps them develop not only as artists, but as confident individuals prepared for education, employment and everyday life.

Through structured programmes, mentoring and creative experiences, we create safe, inclusive spaces where young people can express themselves, develop practical skills and build resilience for the future.

What We Do

Creative Development

Supporting young people to discover and develop their creative talents through songwriting, recording, performance, content creation and artist development.

Wellbeing Through Creativity

Using music and creativity as tools to improve confidence, resilience, emotional wellbeing and self-expression within safe, non-clinical environments.

 

Employability & Life Skills

Helping young people prepare for adulthood through workshops focused on communication, teamwork, confidence, leadership, CV writing, interview preparation, financial awareness, goal setting and transferable workplace skills.

Artist Development

Providing structured support for emerging artists including branding, music releases, performance coaching, content planning, live showcases and industry guidance.

Mentoring

Offering one-to-one and group mentoring that supports both creative progression and personal development.

Community Programmes

Delivering workshops, showcases, youth engagement projects and creative events that strengthen communities and celebrate young people's achievements.
